We were in West Africa, and we came to see Africa. We wanted the realness of it all. We came to bring awareness to ourselves, to the real Africa experienced among her real people and her real conditions within an underdeveloped society; a life not preconceived within the frame of Nigeria, but one witnessed and lived within.

Nigeria, Nigeria, Nigeria. I caught myself repeating this with Eric Esplin. We looked at one another and chanted as if caught in a trance. Nigeria, Nigeria, Nigeria. Together, Eric and I amidst a few others, ventured into the masses of Warri-town.
